Rebranded around the ethos of Health, Hope, and Happiness, Meitra Hospital required a wayfinding strategy that matched its vision while solving practical navigation challenges.
Our process began with a detailed study of the space, identifying key issues in how patients, visitors, and staff moved through the hospital. From this, we developed a wayfinding masterplan, dividing the structure into zones and mapping the entire journey, starting from parking areas to interior navigation right up to washrooms.
Every step of the system was designed from scratch, with navigation products developed specifically for the hospital’s needs. The approach ranged from exterior pylons that orient visitors upon arrival to interior signage systems that guide users seamlessly through the complex.
A unique material palette anchored in solid metal finishes was created to align with the brand’s identity, ensuring durability and a strong visual presence. Backed by a rigorous R&D process, the final solution improves clarity and efficiency and reflects the hospital’s renewed brand promise.
