This hybrid quick-service restaurant (QSR) model integrated within a highway food court. The space is designed to create memorable dining experience amidst the fast-paced rhythms of travel.
The design language is built on deliberate contrast creating a dynamic environment. Enlarged pendant lighting introduces an electric, expressive character that extends beyond conventional proportions and instils curiosity among passersby.
The expansive food hall is organised with a flexible seating layout that accommodates individuals, families, and larger groups, ensuring comfort during quick stops and longer meals. A seamless ceiling design flows effortlessly into integrated floor details.
The live action from the kitchen remains fully visible fostering transparency between the brand and its customers. Sophisticated layered lighting enhances the spatial atmosphere creating a vibrant and refined dining environment that reflects brand’s spatial identity.
